Return Policy

Defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for an item of equal value. We will accept returns of coffee if we have made a mistake in the order and offer a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds on ground coffee or coffee that, gross defects aside (i.e. the bag is torn) are just not to one's taste.

Shipping Policy

We will determine the most efficient shipping option for your order. Almost all of our shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. We generally ship via Priority Mail. We have found this to be the best compromise between cost, speed and reliability. In some cases we may opt for shipping UPS ground, for instance on very heavy orders.

In order to see your shipping costs you will have to proceed to the 'checkout' page with your selected items. But most small orders (2-8 small bags of coffee) cost between $5-10 to ship.

Presently, we only ship within the 50 United States. Our webstore is not configured to ship overseas or to the other Americas (Mexico, Canda etc.). We can talk about different shipping options on an individual basis if you really want to get our coffee outside the U.S. PleaseĀ  use the contact form linked in the left hand sidebar.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site (creditcard number, IP address, and cookie information) but we will not sell or pass on any such information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) provided by proxy from perfora.net, is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
